I've received a polite request from Maryann to remove the Complete Skills Netbook from public access. So effective as of now <POOFH> it's gone for good. Sorry.
However there is some good news... I'm in the process of constructing a paired down version that will not include any skills created by Palladium Books, and hope to have it online soon.
