I think that it's a travesty that Palladium Books hasn't written anything new. I really liked the game and the concept behind it. I understand it's hard to come up with something original and exciting for the game but, that doesn't me they should give up.
My friends and I have done some "modifications" to the game from time to time to get the effects we wanted but, that's all. I really do enjoy playing the game when I get the chnce. Well, I'll shut up now as I tend to get long-winded and go off on tangents

Literally, it took me nearly two years to hunt a copy of this game down. And I'm happy that I did. This game rocks. It's got all the cool paranormal themes. Combine it with the agent kits from the Nightbane: Nightlands worldbook and you can even start up
our very own X-Files campaign! It doesn't get much better than this, except for the Nightbane/Nightspawn game itself, of course...

I like the way BTS characters are close to average, normal people. I also find the characterisations of supernatural beasties to be original and interesting. All in all a great game. I mine it for material for Nightbane constantly.

BtS is a wonderful game that actuallly has mystery interwoven into it's fabric. I don't think Palladium does enough to support it just like they didn't with TMNT and now THAT"S being cancelled or IS cancelled by now. I think it's palladium's answer to Ca
l of Cthulu. It's a game for those of us out there who do not ant bigger and meanre guns that can level a football stadium. So I guess I'm saying it's a game for real role players Heroes and TMNT was for real Men(and role plyaers) and Rifts is all about t

I came across this page while writing an adventure for BtS looking for character sheets (because I can't find the drivers to install my scanner...guess that'll be my next stop). It never really occured to me how much horror gaming would be hurt if this g
me were to dissapear. It is the single best rpg for capturing a feeling of genuine horror among players, and the background information included with BtS makes it easy to find campaign ideas. Long live BtS!

Why do you want BtS Saved?: Because it is a great game with very little others much like it. It is the best RPG I have ever used and am crazed to get a 2nd edition of more suplements!

BTS is effectively the True Dimension Book: 1 (next to TMNT, of course,) and besides that, it reamins to be a horror game that allows for a DAMN good story.
Any other comments?: It is the catylist for plots dealing with multidimensional villians (and heroes) to be tied into a modern-day setting.

Why do you want BtS Saved?: It has great ideas and is a nice change from the over powered characters of some of Palladium's other games. Also, many of its ideas were important in Rifts and Nightspawn.
