5 Simple things a GM can do to piss off his players

Give all enemy NPCs kolbald quality wepons & armor.
Place curses on all magic items
Have poison on any/all enemy wepons
Pit traps... enought said. ;-)
Have a earth warlock use 'metal to clay' spells on all PCs wepons and armor.
